We’re getting ready to plan Lambert Wickes Day 2026, our Town’s only official holiday, established in 1975 but never officially celebrated, honoring one of America’s earliest Revolutionary War naval heroes.

We’re looking for volunteers who want to help shape the event, bring creative ideas, and celebrate our town’s history. Planning meetings will begin in early December.
